The extreme effectiveness of the spoons with the same name is without dispute and this fly is no exception. The "Monkey Puke" was a top five seller during the summer of 2000. Sales of monkey puke flies has dropped as of late but their effectiveness at times is unprecedented. This is "old school" but I still get some orders each year for this fly. Must be a reason.
